Victoria Intimates of Hams Group achieves LEED Gold certification

Desk Report: Bangladesh-based one of the sustainable readymade garments manufacturer and exporter, Victoria Intimates Ltd sister concern of Hams Group received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certificate from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

Victoria Intimates awarded LEED Gold Certification for achieving the optimum score of 62 out of 110. . According to the BGMEA, Bangladesh is the global leader having the highest number of green garment buildings, where 58 are platinum rated, 108 gold rated, 10 silver, and four have no rating. Dozens more units are in the process of achieving LEED certification.
