Wagely appoints Naheen Kaiser as vice president

Wagely has appointed former A.P. Moller – Maersk executive Naheen Kaiser as vice president.

Kaiser brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in commercial operations, customer experience, business growth and transformation, according to a press release.

During his career at A.P. Moller – Maersk, he held senior leadership positions in Bangladesh and Indonesia.

He served as country manager and board director in Bangladesh before becoming country manager and head of operations in Indonesia.

His international experience also covers the UAE, Jordan and India.

Wagely said Kaiser had experience in building high-performing organisations, leading business transformation and delivering sustainable growth.

His appointment brings additional leadership and regional expertise to the financial wellness company.

Wagely said the appointment would support its mission to serve middle- and low-income workers across Southeast Asia and South Asia through financial wellness services. The company aims to help millions of workers strengthen their financial resilience and overall wellbeing.
