We started our journey in 2012 and we received the bong license in 2017. We deal with more than 100 products and some of them are very special. We also manufacture some raw materials as well at our factory. Our 69 products are ZDHC v3.1 Level-03 and GOTS v7.0 certified. We are in a plan to increase the number of certified products. We are the first as local manufacturer to achieve ZDHC level-03 certification.
Our aim is to work on to provide best products with less consumption and price. Already we have developed one product named ACITEX ECO PLUS, a cent percent organic which consumption is half of glacial acetic acid. For example, if a factory uses 10 tons acetic acid, our product can save 5 tons. It is very economical and we are getting very good response. We are working on to develop more cost effective and sustainable products. Our cationic softener is both cold water and hot water soluble which quality is top notch.
As we are bonded factory, we can provide quality products to the factory within very short time with very competitive prices. The factory can save its regular cost including Inventory lead time. Our dedicated sales and technical team are always ready to provide any support instantly. Our product price is very reasonable comparing other companies. We have wonderful laboratory setup, skilled and experienced technical team. We are capable to develop any product considering quality and prices.
We believe in customer satisfaction and we always try to provide best service to the customer in terms of quality & delivery. At present we are the largest polymerization plant including 15 reactors. Our present production capacity is 3000MT every month. We have plan to increase the production capacity soon. We cover knit dyeing, woven dyeing, and denim washing processing products.
Our goal is to provide standard sustainable products which can reduce foreign import and increase the size of local chemical market.
