Plummy Fashions based in Naryanganj is the pioneer amongst all knitwear factories in the world to have attained the platinum level of green certification.

Recently Plummy Fashions partnered with Ogreem – the maiden local startup offering smart wages proposition for low-mid wage-earning employees across different sectors reads a press release.

Through this partnership, Plumee enables their low-mid wage-earning employees to access the earned salary at any point in time between paydays.

This concept, better known as earned wages access (EWA) would enable Plumee’s employees to access a part of their earned salary at any point of the month and meet their exigencies as well as better manage the cash flow.

Plummy Fashions MD Fazlul Hoque expressed happily that with this partnership, they expect their low-mid wage-earning employees’ life to get better in these tough times.

Hoque, who also chaired as the President of Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers Association for many years trusts that this smart initiative would soon be adopted by many of the peers across industries and make lives better for their workers all around.

Ogreem Founder Rahel Ahmed strongly believes that this smart wages offering would pave way for the building of Smart Bangladesh by 2041, as envisaged by country leadership.

Ogreem is currently partnering with a number of different leading enterprises in the country and enabling their respective employees to access part of their earned salary at any point of the month.

They are soon going to introduce more value-added services to make Ogreem a truly financial well-being platform for a low-mid wage-earning employee base.
