Q 1: Could you please provide a brief overview of your company’s products and services?
Nur Amin: Shenzhen Xmay Print Digital Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing of a wide range of digital printing machines. Our product portfolio includes digital hybrid printers, oval printers, digital inkjet printers, digital foil printers, sublimation printers, DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printers, and direct-to-fabric printers.

In addition to printing equipment, we also supply a complete range of industry-related consumables, such as inks, paper, films, powders, adhesives, and other printing materials. Our goal is to provide customers with comprehensive digital printing solutions, backed by strong technical service and reliable after-sales support.
Q 2: How do you evaluate the potential of the Bangladesh market for your business?
Nur Amin:Bangladesh is one of the most important textile manufacturing hubs in the world, and we see tremendous potential in this market. Currently, we are already doing good business in Bangladesh through our local dealer network and have successfully installed several machines across the country.
Our products, including digital hybrid printers, oval printers, foil printers, sublimation printers, DTF printers, DTG printers, and direct-to-fabric printers, have received positive feedback from customers. We believe the digital printing sector in Bangladesh has significant growth opportunities. By providing high-quality products, prompt after-sales service, and strong technical support, we are confident that we can expand our presence further and contribute to the industry’s digital transformation.

Q 3: What are the key features and competitive advantages of your products?
Nur Amin: One of our key strengths is continuous innovation. Our hybrid printing systems offer advanced features not available from competitors, including superior tactile quality, high-resolution output, and an exceptionally shiny finish. Additionally, our oval printers come with memory functions and enhanced printing effects, helping customers achieve superior results.
Another major innovation is our digital foil printing technology. We are proud to be among the first companies in China to develop this groundbreaking solution. To date, we have installed over 65 digital foil printing machines across multiple countries, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, and Egypt. Digital foil printing enables users to create highly detailed, photographic-quality foil effects through a fully digital process, overcoming many limitations of traditional methods.

In the DTF segment, our technology delivers exceptionally soft, breathable, and comfortable print finishes compared to conventional DTF applications. We also offer DTF Foil and DTF Puff solutions.
For DTG printing, we provide large pallet systems capable of printing up to 70 cm × 100 cm, offering greater flexibility for oversized garment applications.
Across all our product categories — including UV DTF, sublimation, and direct-to-fabric printing — our primary focus remains on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Q 4: How has your experience been participating in the ITCPE Exhibition 2026?
Nur Amin: Initially, our management team was uncertain about participating, as ITCPE has traditionally been viewed as a domestic-focused exhibition. However, after careful consideration, we decided to join, and the experience has far exceeded our expectations.
Since the exhibition began, we have received numerous inquiries from visitors representing different countries and have connected with several promising potential customers. The event has also provided an excellent opportunity to reconnect with our existing customers and business partners.
From my personal perspective, ITCPE 2026 has proven to be a valuable platform for business development and brand promotion. Exhibitions like this help increase market visibility and strengthen customer confidence. When visitors see manufacturers actively participating in major industry events, it enhances brand recognition and credibility. We believe our participation has significantly strengthened the visibility of the Xmay brand in both domestic and international markets.
Q 5: Do you have any office in Bangladesh?
Nur Amin: Currently, we do not have a physical office in Bangladesh. However, we work closely with our local dealer partners who provide sales support and customer service in the market. As our business continues to grow, we will evaluate future opportunities for expanding our local presence.
