Zee Fashion Ltd. and ADUST signed MoU to Boost Academia-Industry Collaboration in Bangladesh’s Textile Sector

ZEE FASHION LTD. Inks Memorandum of Understanding with Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) in Uttara, Dhaka, Paving the Way for Enhanced Academia-Industry Collaboration.

Engr. Md. Zahurul Islam Zahir, Managing Director of Zee Fashion Ltd. and Prof. Dr. Md. Zahangir Alam, Honorable Vice Chancellor of ADUST, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the respective institutes.

Prof. Dr. Shaikh MD Mominul Alam, Advisor of Textile Engineering at ADUST, Prof. Dr. MD Shahrukh Adnan Khan, Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology at ADUST, Engr. Md. Noor Nabi Raaz, Chairman in the Department of Textile Engineering and other teachers of this department were present.

Under the agreement, ADUST and Zee Fashion Ltd. will jointly host:

  • Entrepreneurship development training sessions at the ADUST campus
  • Workshops
  • Seminars
  • Training of Trainers
  • Skills development session
  • Employment generation
  • Internship and so on
    This collaboration aims to address common challenges, foster sustainable development, and contribute to ongoing recovery and development efforts in Bangladesh. Recognizing Zee Fashion Ltd.’s significant role in propelling the country’s economic growth, this strategic alliance is poised to further accelerate the growth trajectory of the textile sector.
