Newly Elected ATET Central Executive Committee Members took Oath

The newly-elected office bearers of the Association of Textile Engineers & Technologists (ATET) Bangladesh have received charges from the outgoing committee on 21 September 2018 through a Charge Handover & Takeover Ceremony at the Sea Shell Hotel & Party Palace in the Capital. ATET 2nd council outgoing President Rathin Chaki handed over the charge to the new ATET 3rd council president Engr. Md. Aminul Islam.

After taking charge, 31 newly elected executive committee members took Oath for the next 2 years. Earlier on 10 August, 2018, 31 elected Executive Committee (EC) members of 3rd Council of the full panel has been elected uncontested.

Speakers of the ceremony expressed their hope to the present committee of ATET that they would play a great role in enhancing country’s economy as well textile engineers’ community. On the occasion, Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Awlad Hossain Tuhin presided over the ceremony while a lot of life members, founding members, advisors, and former executive committee members were present.
