AUSTAA Hosts an IFTAR Mahfil at tejgaon

Ramadan is the month of fasting, it’s a different prayer that Bangladeshi people do prayer day long by keeping them fasting.

AUSTTAA (Ahsanullah University of Science & Technology Textile Alumni Association) Engineers are not different from them. They broke their fasting together at the AUST campus, Tejgaon Dhaka on 7th April 2023. It was a gathering of 850+ textile engineers.

The event was followed by praying for the alumni who have demised in the past year and Quran reciting. With the Maghrib, prayer event has closed. One of the organizers Mr. Mosannef Hossain Bhuiya (Managing director, MTM) Stated that AUSTTAA is the organization for the welfare of alumni and society Iftar is one of the religious events of the organization that they try to organize every year.

During the Covid lock down they performed differently by providing Food donations to the workless labor of the society. One of the Alumni Mr. Rupam Chowdhury added that from this year AUSTTAA is also participating in a new dress donation program among kids to boost up the happiness of Eid.

It was a festive moment observed among the alumni for this religious event.
