CCIFB holds its Annual General Meeting

Desk Report: The Annual General Meeting (AGM No. 25) (for year 2022) of France Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCIFB) was held on Thursday, 30th March 2023 at 4pm at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Gulshan (Ballroom, Level-25). H.E. Mrs. Marie Masdupuy, the Ambassador of the French Embassy and Mr. Julien Deur, Head of Economic Department of the same were present at the AGM along with the CCIFB President, EC members & General members.

The AGM was called to order by the President of the Chamber, Mr. Shafquat Matin to read out the agenda since the necessary quorum for the meeting was fulfilled. The Annual activity Report of 2022 was presented by the Chamber President. The soft copy of the activity report was sent out to all the members earlier.

The Treasurer of the Chamber, Mr. Mohammed Kamal Uddin presented the audited accounts for the year ending 2022 and also the Operating budget of the year 2023. The audited accounts and the operating budget were discussed and approved. There being no other business, the meeting ended with a vote of thanks to all attending.

The AGM was followed by iftar and dinner.
