They have international clients in Egypt, India, Hong Kong, USA, Sweden, the UK, Australia, Canada, and other countries along with a huge number of local clients.
It is established by Mr. B M Shorif who obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from the University of Rajshahi and has also completed courses at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
Their mission is to enhance the business growth of their customers and delight them by providing IT excellence, values and results. They are working hard to stay ahead of fast-paced software companies by being innovative, cost-effective and globally competitive.
They have expanded to a team of over 110 people who develop and support high-quality software such as goRMG ERP, PROTRACKER, KNITRACKER, CUTRACKER, PROKNIT, PATRON ERP, PATRON POS, PATRON CRM, TACTIC, HRKIT, goRMG LAB, VATAX and many more customized solutions.
Recently, Skylark Soft Limited launched VATAX software, a government-approved VAT management software that is listed by the National Board of Revenue (NBR). It is a specialized application designed to effectively handle VAT operations in accordance with the VAT Act of 2012 and the NBR’s compliance.
Skylark Soft Limited has achieved the ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 Certificates. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of the organization. ISO 9001:2015 specifies a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Skylark Soft Limited has received numerous awards for their outstanding performance. Among them Basis National ICT Awards, Bangladesh Business Innovation Award, The World Summit Awards (WSA), APTICA Award are remarkable.
As their client base is growing impressively it was necessary to have a larger team to keep the service up to the mark in terms of quality. Keeping these things in mind they have expanded their team and workspace capacity. Following the plan, a large number of expert resources has joined the team and they also acquire additional office space within their existing office building.
The new office space renovation work started in October 2022 and just within one month, the workplace was ready to welcome the new employees. Now with this big team, they are ready more than ever to serve any sort of business that is ready to adapt to automation.
