Greenbud and Merchant Bay introduce ‘Good Green Certification’, a comprehensive sustainability self-assessment tool designed to help factories understand and improve their environmental and social impacts.
The evaluation happens through a user-friendly tool that guides users through a series of questions and prompts them to assess their sustainability performance in key areas such as energy and water use, waste management, and social responsibility.
“We are thrilled to partner with Merchant Bay to introduce ‘Good Green Certification’ to the industry,” said Engr. Syed Tasnem Mahmood, CEO of Greenbud. “This tool aligns with our vision of being at the forefront of driving sustainability in the industry and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have.”
“We are proud to join forces with Greenbud to launch the certification and we believe that this will be a game changer. This is designed keeping SME manufacturers in mind” said Abrar Sayem, CEO of Merchant Bay. “This tool will help manufacturers to improve their environmental and social performance and we will be able to help buyers find more sustainable manufacturers through our platform.”
