Guests, Islamic Stars and celebrities and huge crowded consumers were present at the occasion.
Mohammad Ali Khokon, President of BTMA, Faruque Hassan, President of BGMEA inaugurated the ALIF clothing outlet, where Azahar Khan, Chairman of Mithela Group and Director, BTMA; Sohel Khan, Managing Director of Mithela Group and Directors Kayes Khan Mahbub Khan Himel were present at the inauguration ceremony.
Once we imported Punjabi from India and other countries and now we make Punjabi for the local market and export by using our fabrics, said Mohammad Ali Khokon, President of BTMA. I think ALIF clothing products maintain sustainability with all parameters and this brand will support our economy, he added.
We have a huge market for Islamic dress in the Middle East market, I think Alif will support our local market as well as the Middle east market, said Faruque Hassan, President of BGMEA.
Azhar Khan, Chairman of Mithela Group and Founder of Libas Attaqua said,“ALIF” is a men’s clothing brand. It has been established to enhance Islamic clothing trends, tastes and culture. Currently, we are producing traditional Thobe & Panjabi collections only. The word “LIBAS ATTAQWAA” is our motto where LIBAS means clothing and TAQWAA means belief. Our mission is to establish our religious belief and sunnah over men’s clothing, he added.
Mahbub Khan Himel, Director of Mithela Group said, We produce eco-friendly designs with high-quality products for a more social and ethical environment. The brand now has over three outlets in the country. We plan to direct export to Islamic countries.
