The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Matin Spinning Mills Limited was held on 14 December 2020 at 11.00 A.M through the Digital (Virtual) Platform. Chairman of the company Abdul Wahed presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman M.A. Rahim, Managing Director M. A. Jabbar, Director M. A. Quader, Independent Director Md. Abdus Salam FCA, FCS, Independent Director Barrister M. Naser Alam, Statutory Auditors Mohammad Motaleb Hossain FCA, Executive Director, and Group Finance Billal Hossain Patwary FCA, FCMA and Company Secretary Md. Shah Alam Miah FCS were present in the meeting. The Shareholders have approved 18% cash dividend in the AGM.
