(ADL), vertically integrated 100% export-oriented Bangladeshi Leading Denim Fabrics manufacturer, recently arranging two days long “Recruitment Open Day” for the first time ever in Bangladesh’s textile industry in their factory at Sukran, Mirzanagar Nabinagar on 08th and 15th September 2020. Nearly 70 candidates from different prominent institutions got this opportunity to attend recruitment open day for the post of ‘Management Trainee Officer’.
The first day was started with a segment of PowerPoint presentation informing company’s mission “To synergize skills and expertise in producing denim fabrics of the finest quality based on ethical business and safe working practices, and to retain a large client base serviced with our highest level of customer satisfaction” and vision “ to be the best in our chosen area of expertise with the guiding vision of Aaron’s Textile engineering and pioneering strategies, being ready to adapt advancing trends and processing techniques. Our commitment is deep-rooted to our brand building enterprise and towards fashion trends at home, in the region and worldwide” to the candidates. Then a comprehensive written exam was held followed by Aaron denim’s weaving, dyeing, washing, finishing, QC and R&D lab tour. Therefore, after a grand buffet lunch the Final Viva was held in presence of Executive Director, Technical GM, Production Sr. DGM, Utility & Maintenance DGM, Human Resource AGM and Business Development Manager.
This well-organized Recruitment day helped participants to know about available job opportunities & Aaron Denim company profile and also provided chances to meet world class Denim experts inside the factory.
