The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the Rana Plaza collapse.
To mark the solemn occasion on April 24, 2024, BGMEA Director Mohammad Sohel Sadaat, Director Nusrat Bari Asha, and Director Md. Nurul Islam laid floral wreaths at the graves of the deceased in Dhaka’s Jurain graveyard.
BGMEA officials were present during the wreath-laying ceremony.
After placing the floral tributes, the BGMEA leadership stood in silent reflection for a moment to express deep reverence for the memories of the victims of the Rana Plaza tragedy. They concluded with a prayer for the souls of the departed.
