The TECN secured the coveted first place in the following categories:
- Best Textile Engineering College among all government institutions under the Department of Textiles (DoT).
- Best Educational Institute through the Annual Performance Agreement (APA) system.
- Best Innovative Idea and Innovation Project across all textile institutes and colleges under DoT. Notably, this project, titled “Improved Fire Automation System,” also clinched the top spot at the Ministry of Textile and Jute’s Innovation Competition, surpassing projects from various departments.
In a sweeping victory, TECN has been recognized as the Best Textile Engineering College among all government textile engineering institutions under the Department of Textiles (DOT) in Bangladesh. In the realm of innovation, TECN’s groundbreaking project, “Improved Fire Automation System,” has garnered the Best Innovative Idea and Innovation Project award among all textile institutes and colleges under the DOT.
